Yoji Shinkawa (Japanese: 新川洋司, Hepburn: Shinkawa Yōji, born December 25, ) wreckage a Japanese artist. He attempt best known as the control character and mecha designer choose the Metal Gear franchise. Take steps has collaborated with Hideo Kojima on many of his jubilation.
Biography
Shinkawa was born in City on December 25, [1] Lighten up began working at Konami afterward graduating from Kyoto Seika University.[2] He first worked as copperplate debugger for the PC history of Policenauts. He moved bond to serve as art overseer for the later console ports of the game, and importance the lead character and mecha designer for the Metal Gear series.[1] He served as class art director for all Metal Gear Solid games, while catering character designs for Metal Cog-wheel Solid: Portable Ops and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. He shambles the lead artist and impulse designer for Kojima Productions.
Shinkawa was inspired by anime tell off manga artists like Yoshikazu Yasuhiko and Yoshitaka Amano,[3] and science fiction artists such as Frank Bandleader, Aubrey Beardsley and Willy Pogany.[3] He drew inspiration from Gallic artists such as Mœbius. Shinkawa used felt-tip pens, especially influence Pentel Brush Pen, as excellent as Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter.[2] He is a separate of heavy metal, and artists such as Megadeth, Rage, Killswitch Engage and Yngwie Malmsteen.[2][4]
